Success Story #1
A large aluminum extrusion was replaced by a cast and machined assembly. Through the process of CNC machining, four castings were individually machined, assembled and then final machined and anodized. The results were substantially lower costs and shorter lead times.
Success Story #2
Prototypes were machined through the use of CNC machining from wrought stock while the production patterns and castings (pictured) were being manufactured and qualified. The customer met their trade show deadline without having to coordinate the efforts of several vendors for this single part.
Success Story #3
We provide eight of the parts in the assembly of medical device cart bases. Three V-process aluminum castings, two stainless steel investment castings, two alum extrusions and one aluminum “hogout.” All are powder-coated, test-assembled, and shipped to the customer in sets on a weekly, just-in-time basis.
